By accessing or using NoteCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.
NoteCraft is open to all students. There is no minimum age restriction, however the platform is intended for academic use by engineering students. By using the platform, you represent that you are a student accessing notes for genuine academic purposes.
NoteCraft offers both free and paid notes. Free notes are available to all registered users at no cost. Paid notes require a one-time purchase to access.
All notes — free and paid — are reviewed and verified by the NoteCraft team before being published on the platform. We take accuracy seriously and do not publish content that has not been checked against the relevant syllabus.
However, syllabuses change. We strongly recommend that users cross-check downloaded notes against their institution's current syllabus before relying on them for exam preparation.
If you have purchased a paid note and believe the content does not match the described subject or contains a material error, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 2 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the concern.
Free notes are provided as-is. We encourage users to verify free content against their syllabus before use. No refund applies to free notes as no payment is made.
All notes published on NoteCraft are original handwritten or independently prepared academic materials. The platform does not host pirated textbooks or unauthorized copyrighted publications.
The content available on NoteCraft is the intellectual property of its respective contributors and the platform. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any notes downloaded from the platform without explicit written permission.

NoteCraft reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its discretion if a user is found to be in violation of these terms — including but not limited to redistribution of paid content, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity. In the case of a terminated account with unused paid purchases, a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
NoteCraft is currently focused on MAKAUT engineering students. We plan to expand to additional universities and may introduce new features such as student note contributions in the future. Any changes to how the platform operates will be reflected in updated terms, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those updates.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. We will not notify users individually of changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of NoteCraft after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
